FESTIVAL OF THE SEA 2014

PROGRAMME

Note:
The Festival of the Sea Committee informed us on 7th May that they intended to take over the management of the Festival of the Sea website; and we wish them well in that endeavour (for background, click HERE).
As of early August, they haven't actually taken it over, which is a great pity since it means the 2014 Festival hasn't had any web presence at all.
And sadly, the Committee doesn't give us any information now.   ;-(
However... by popular demand, this year's programme of events is given below.

 Friday 1st August     Inishturk Archaeological Boat Trip with

                                   Michael Gibbons. Cleggan Harbour,

                                   9.00am SHARP.  BRING RAINWEAR/BOOTS!

Note also the Crannog Photography Competition, open to all (Under 16 and Over 16 categories). Photos to be presented in not more than A4, and unmounted. Entries to be submitted by 4pm Wednesday, 4th August, to The Chipper, Cleggan. Prizes awarded on Friday 8th August.
